Our longtime friend Dan Sartain died in 2021 and we were asked to record a song in tribute. We couldn't decide on just one, so we made an EP out of it.

We met Dan as a pesky neighborhood kid and watched him grow over the years into a shining musician and goofball extraordinaire. He had the incredible gift of being able to be stupid and brilliant at the same time, which vibed with us tremendously. Over the years, we played with, opened for, designed for, recorded, and made videos and photoshoots for Dan in his many incarnations. He was always in our orbit and will forever be family.

Getting to play these songs through our lens was special. We were always sortof big brothers to Dan, but we ended up learning as much or more from him as he probably did from us.
